A cozy stay with lovely surprises

Waking up to the inviting aroma of freshly baked croissants brightened my mornings. The spacious room was a delight, and I appreciated the surprise of complimentary drinks in the mini bar.

The AC struggled to keep the room cool, making some nights uncomfortable. The check-in time miscommunication was also a bit confusing. I arrived expecting to settle in sooner.

The bathroom had a lingering sewer smell that was quite off-putting!!! Maintenance issues, like malfunctioning sinks and inadequate cleaning, are simply unacceptable!!! Plus, unreliable elevator service adds unnecessary frustration!!!

Just a heads up, I noticed the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! 😊

Great spa facilities like a sauna and fitness center. Quiet street view and soundproofing made for a peaceful stay. Convenient access via lift to upper floors, and the seating area was a nice touch.

The location is perfect with metro access just a minute away! Plus, my room had a super comfy bed and a hassle-free checkout.
